I hope everyone had a great holiday (or for those who don’t live in the US, just a great week in general). This year, I got to test out several new recipes. A few have been disappointments, but one stood out as being a pretty good go-to recipe. Sure, it isn’t anything fancy, but it is certainly a simple task to make.


Since I was already planning to offer up my heirloom squash pie recipe this week anyway, I am also going to be offering my new go-to stuffing recipe. Hopefully, you’ll try them out and let me know what you think. Be watching for the recipes sometime later this week.


On the down side, I still don’t have the cranberry relish recipe that I think stands up well enough against the other items on the plate. I’m getting closer, but to be honest, I only test and tweak that recipe one time per year. There isn’t a lot of call for cranberry relish the rest of the year. Maybe next year.
